BRINGING EQUITY, INCLUSION, AND FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITY FOR PEOPLE OF COLOR WITHIN THE ENDURANCE INDUSTRY.
Black Raven Endurance Collective (BREC) is a Black, disabled veteran-owned business on a mission to help bring more equity, inclusion, and economic opportunity for people of color within the endurance sports community. Two of our co-founders helped create the ground-breaking Civil Rights Race Series and the One Million Miles for Justice virtual event.
We believe that endurance sports, and specifically the business of sports, can be strong catalysts in breaking the cycle of inequality and lack of diversity in so many areas of our society. Our industry can create the social connections and economic opportunities necessary to create real and lasting change.
Black Raven Endurance Collective is building a network of like-minded individuals, companies, and organizations to incubate and accelerate opportunities for BIPOC within our industry
